Microwave A Toothpick

Can someone please try this and tell me if it really works?

    I wish I saw this last year, I moved out of an apartment where I could have used the microwave for this experiment ;)

    I haven’t tried the toothpick, but I have made microwave plasma using the grape method and it worked just fine.

    Similar effect can be achieved using grapes. With a little practice you can make streaks of red firey / lightningy stuff fly from them.
