Yeah, as much as it is funny, he is crazy popular in europe. I was touring last summer and everywhere we went “Hasselhoffen” merchandise was available.

I dont think he was ever “cool” - we were 10 or so and he had a black car. What else did a guy need? watching knight rider now, it was a pretty bad show.
