Wait, I don’t understand. Is he sending a message against piracy or is he making fun of the MPAA’s piracy messages?

I’m guessing due to the thing at the end that it’s the former. The ironic thing is, by posting the clip to youtube, somebody pirated the anti-pirating clip (see the “All Rights Reserved”).
