Royal Flush Again, WTF?

Dude, I played poker tonight and I got another royal flush (and then a few hands later quad queens). Thankfully this time I had some money to bet when I hit them.

A pair of twos turned out to be enough to win a 27-year-old Oshawa man $1.35 million early Monday morning in the final hand of the World Poker Tour’s North American Championship.

How’s that for dumb luck? (Oh geez, the guy never even played in a tournament before, either) Don’t know about you, but hearing about something like that kinda takes the thrill out of getting nice hands for me…

I made $400 or so with that hand. I didn’t get the royal flush until the river, then hit it and everyone folded when I went all in. But I milked $400 out of them in the meantime being on flush and straight draw.

There seems something quite wrong about a sister using the phrase “lucky Mo’ Fo’” to her brother.
